Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and salt.
    Cut and wash chicken; drain.
    Arrange chicken pieces in baking pan and pour oil and lemon mixture over it.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes, basting once.
    Remove cover; baste and bake 30 minutes longer or until golden brown.
    Serves 6.
