Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cucumber, sliced thin, unpeeled
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    scant Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Pour over cucumber mixture. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
    Keeps well, like pickles.
