Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. grated carrots (raw)
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar together, then add beaten eggs.
    Mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Batter will be fairly stiff.
    Then fold in nuts and carrots.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven approximately 55 to 60 minutes.
    (May take a little longer.)
    Test with a toothpick for doneness.
