Bacon-Tomato Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, or bacon bits
    1 medium tomato, seeded
    1/2 small onion
    3 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. basil
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits (Hungry Jack)
Preparation
    Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion.
    Grate cheese (3/4 cup).
    Mix all ingredients, except biscuits; set aside.
    Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits; lay each biscuit over a mini muffin pan cup.
    Press with floured fingers into hole or cup. Fill each cup with bacon mixture.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
