Marinara Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 lb.) can tomato puree
3 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. dry red wine
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. each: rosemary, oregano and basil
1 bay leaf
