Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. crushed graham crackers
1 1/2 c. margarine
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
4 bananas, sliced thin
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 container Cool Whip
1 c. nuts
1 can maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix graham crackers and 1/2 cup margarine.
Press firmly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In large mixing bowl, mix 1 cup margarine, sugar and eggs.
Mix for 15 minutes.
Place on top of graham cracker crust.
Add sliced bananas and pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
Top with cherries and nuts.
Refrigerate overnight.
