Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    6 to 8 medium onions
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until clear.
    Put in pie shell; add sour cream and beaten eggs.
    Pour on top of onions.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes more.
