Ingredients

2 to 3 c. corn flakes
2 c. milk
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 tsp. ginger, cinnamon or any spice you like
Preparation

Put corn flakes in a 2-quart buttered dish.
Mix other ingredients and pour over flakes.
Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) until firm, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Stir top flakes down after 1/2 hour.
Serve with cream, hard sauce or ice cream.
It really tastes like Indian pudding, but so easy!
