Sausage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    onion and bell pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook 1 pound sausage and drain.
    Grease a casserole dish. Line with half potatoes, sausage and mushroom mixture.
    Repeat. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Add 1 cup Cheddar cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
