Burrito Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    4 to 8-inch flour tortilla shells
    3/4 to 1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
    1/3 c. taco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 to 1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack
    1 c. lettuce, shredded
    1 medium tomato, diced
    5 large ripe olives
Preparation
    Fry tortilla shells each side for 30 seconds in hot oil until blistered.
    Brown meat, onion and garlic.
    Add chilies, taco sauce, salt and beans.
