Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box lemon jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 sliced bananas
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. Dream Whip, mixed as directed
1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix and chill until firm the jello, hot water, marshmallows, bananas and pineapple.
Cook on low heat until thickens the pineapple juice, sugar, beaten egg, butter or margarine and flour. Blend cream cheese with Dream Whip for icing and sprinkle pecans on top of this mixture.
