Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust or cookie crumb crust (homemade or purchased)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 qt. ice cream, softened
whipped cream (optional)
Preparation

Bake pie crust 8 to 10 minutes until browned.
Cool.
Melt chocolate bits and pour into bottom of cooled crust.
Let cool. Add ice cream of any flavor.
This is particularly good with peppermint or mocha chip (my favorites!).
