Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 (9-inch) pie shell

Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs and margarine until smooth. Pour in pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until firm in the center.
Do not overcook!
