Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or as close as possible bag hash brown potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    1 small onion, chopped very fine or grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, butter, soup, cheese and onion. Then add thawed potatoes. Cook in sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or longer. You may sprinkle some cheese on top just before removing from oven.
