Corn-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Combine first 8 ingredients and place in buttered 1-quart casserole dish.
    Mix cracker crumbs with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle on top.
    Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
