Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    shortening
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Drop by teaspoon into 375\u00b0 shortening.
    Fry until golden brown. Drain.
