Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 egg yolks
    8-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb into small pieces.
    Mix together sugar, flour, salt, lemon extract and beaten egg yolks.
    Add rhubarb.
    Pour into baked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until soft.
    Beat whites stiff and put on top of rhubarb.
    Return to oven and brown.
