Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Cut cheese into cakes and melt.
    Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. You can freeze these.
