Hot Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. vegetable soup and dip mix (Knorr or Mrs. Grass)
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp, thawed and well drained (can substitute one 6 oz. can crab meat, drained)
    1/2 c. jarred, drained coarsely chopped roasted red pepper
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce or favorite hot sauce
Preparation
    In medium bowl stir cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Stir in soup mix, artichokes, shrimp (or crab meat), red pepper and hot pepper sauce until well mixed.
    Spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 4 cups.
    Great on crackers.
