Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Doritos
3 to 4 lb. chicken, boiled and deboned (reserve 1/2 c. broth)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and diced
1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes/chilies, drained (or less, if preferred)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer Doritos, chicken, tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
In mixing bowl, combine reserved broth and soups.
Pour over layered mixture. Top with desired amount of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
