Noodles With Snow Peas And Baby Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. snow peas, trimmed and washed
    1 (15 oz.) jar or can baby corn
    1 lb. linguine
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    3 scallions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Blanch snow peas by pouring boiling water over them in a colander.
    Rinse with cold water and drain well.
    Drain the corn.
