Sally'S Beef Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed stew beef
    2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
    1/4 c. sherry
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    pinch of garlic salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Place ingredients in deep casserole in order listed.
    Put aluminum foil over dish and then place cover on tightly.
    Cook for 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over noodles. Serves 6 to 8.
