Zesty Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole green beans, drained
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
Preparation
    Combine green beans and onion; set aside.
    Combine sugar and vinegar; stir until sugar dissolves.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Pour over green beans.
    Stir to coat.
    Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
