Sugarless Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. diabetic applesauce
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. raisins or chopped dates
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream butter until light.
Combine egg, sugar and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Blend egg mixture into creamed oleo.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in applesauce.
Beat well with mixes, add pecans and dates or raisins. Pour into loaf pan, greased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
