Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground ham
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spread in an ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Makes 8 servings, 255 calories per serving.
