Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. yeast
Preparation
    Pour yeast into hot water and set aside.
    In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, buttermilk, oil and yeast mixture.
    Mix well.
    Roll out on floured surface and cut into biscuits or flour top of dough and shape with large spoon.
    Place on lightly greased baking pan. Lightly oil or butter top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.
    Recipe can be cut into half for smaller yield.
