Lessarella Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. yeast flakes
    1/3 c. oats
    1/4 c. arrowroot powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. tahini or toasted sesame seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Cook on low,
    stirring
    constantly.
    When thick, place in mold and chill overnight.
    Remove and slice.
    Use half of arrowroot for pizza or fondue.
    Makes 2 3/4 cups.
