Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cubed
    1 pkg. beefy onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. or 1 can mushrooms, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. oil
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil in a large skillet.
    Add onion and mushrooms.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add soups and 1 can of water.
    Add sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Simmer over low heat for at least 1/2 hour.
    Add additional water, if needed.
    Serve over hot noodles.
