Barbecued Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken parts
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1/3 c. onion
    1/3 c. celery
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 to 4 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Using approximately 1 pound of pork ribs per person, split into sections.
    Precook ribs in boiling water for 3/4 hour.
    Drain thoroughly and place on cookie sheet.
    Spoon sauce enough to cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Add remaining sauce halfway through cooking time.
