Ginger Crinkles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. granulated sugar for dipping
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar thoroughly.
Add egg and beat well.
Stir in molasses.
Sift dry ingredients together and add.
Cool the mixture in the refrigerator to make it easier to handle.
Roll into walnut-sized balls and coat with sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on ungreased cookie sheets for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
