Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    4 stalks celery
    4 small carrots
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 c. tomato juice or V-8
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slightly brown pork chops.
    Place single layer of chops in baking pan.
    Cover with undiluted mushroom soup.
    Cover and bake in hot oven for 40 minutes.
