Crunchy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. butter
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 can crushed onion rings
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2 tsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Saute green pepper slowly in butter until soft.
    Add corn, pimento, egg and 1/2 can crushed onion rings.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until firm. Sprinkle other half onion rings on top and bake 5 more minutes.
