Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    1/6 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat.
    Add milk and beat.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Chip 1/2 stick butter over top and sprinkle nutmeg. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm or about 1 hour.
