Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain corn as dry as possible.
    Chop bell pepper and onion. May use green onions or other onions.
    Slowly blend in mayonnaise. You may use more or less; if needed, add salt and pepper to taste.
    You may also add tomatoes if desired.
    Place in refrigerator.
    Keeps well for several days.
