Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    1 stick margarine, melted
    celery salt
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into fourths.
    Take each section and slice into very small pieces, keeping each section together.
    Lay each section flat in a 10-inch square glass pan (or round pie pan) and cover with melted margarine.
    Be sure each section is covered. Sprinkle with seasonings as desired.
    Cover pan with plastic wrap tightly and bake for 10 minutes on High.
    Let set for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
