Glass Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. oil flavoring (any flavor)
6 drops food coloring (any color)
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine sugar, syrup and water.
Cook to hard ball stage, 300\u00b0 on candy thermometer. Take off heat. Add food coloring and flavoring. Quickly pour into a pan, well dusted with powdered sugar.
Let harden.
Turn pan upside down on waxed paper and hit bottom of pan.
Candy will fall out and break into pieces.
