Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. oatmeal
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Stir in oats.
    Mix in oil, egg and milk.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    I like to add 1/3 cup chopped, stewed raisins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve
    warm. Yield: 1 dozen.
