Hot German Potato Salad With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 boiled potatoes, scrubbed not peeled
    1/2 lb. bacon, finely diced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. white wine or cider vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    salt
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Boil potatoes briskly; do not overcook or they will fall apart when peeled.
    Drain.
    Peel and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Set aside.
    Cook bacon until crisp in pan.
    Drain.
