Betty'S Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    unbaked pie crust
    3/4 c. sugar
    milk
    nutmeg
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add to sugar.
    Stir together.
    Add enough milk to make 2 pints of mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 400\u00b0 until set (about 40 minutes).
    Use bottom rack in oven. Do not overcook.
    Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon over top to taste.
