Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh basil leaves
1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. pignoli (pine) nuts
1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In food processor, combine all ingredients except cheese and process until finely minced.
If too thick add more olive oil. Add the cheese
when serving.
A good marinade for fish and poultry.
Great
served with pasta.
Freezes well (do not freeze if cheese has been added).
