Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo, softened
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. regular or quick oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. candy coated chocolate covered peanuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
In large bowl, beat butter until smooth and creamy.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in flour, then oats, baking soda and salt.
Remove 2 cups of batter and set aside.
Stir cocoa into remaining batter.
Press chocolate batter into pan.
Sprinkle butterscotch chips.
Press reserved batter over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with candies.
Press lightly into batter.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
