Green Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Pork, cut into small pieces & fried in olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 T. garlic powder
1 chopped green pepper
4 oz. can green chilies
1 can tomatoes
Preparation

Fry pork in olive oil until browned.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer together for 1/2 hour or more.
Pork tenderloin makes a fabulous chili.
You can use leftover pork as well.
