Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium Irish potatoes, sliced
    2 small onions, sliced
    4 pieces celery, chopped
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    1 medium can English peas, drained (save liquid)
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and separated
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    In large casserole, layer vegetables as listed.
    Top with meat, salt and pepper.
    Add combined soup and pea liquid.
    Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
