Seafood Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sea scallops
    1/2 lb. medium shrimp
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. minced onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 c. bottled clam broth
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 1/2 c. Arborio rice
Preparation
    Clean and devein shrimp, cut in half.
    Cut scallops in half. In 3 tablespoons olive oil, saute crushed garlic.
    Remove garlic. Add shrimp and scallops.
    Saute 2 minutes.
    Remove and set aside.
