Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. creamed corn
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 or more chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Pour batter into a hot greased skillet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
