Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat (do not brown)
3 or 4 cut-up potatoes
carrots, cut up (about 6)
1 raw onion, sliced
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 c. water
3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation

Mix all together in Dutch oven and bake 5 hours at 300\u00b0.
Stir occasionally.
