Cheddar Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    In
    a
    large
    bowl,
    mix
    flour, cornmeal, baking soda, sugar and
    salt.
    With pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    With fork, stir in shredded cheese, vinegar and cold water just until mixture forms a soft dough. Shape
    into a ball, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    (Or place dough in freezer for 30 minutes.)
