Coffee Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. salt
    1/4 c. instant coffee
    3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in bowl, making a well in center.
    Stir coffee into water in a cup.
    Pour liquid into dry ingredients, stir thoroughly.
    Add more flour or water, as needed.
    Knead until smooth on lightly floured board, about 5 minutes.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
    Model with it (1/2 inch thick if you plan to bake it).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, until hard, on foil-lined cookie sheet.
    Varnish cooled project to seal.
