Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork roast
    2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    8 oz. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Pour Worcestershire sauce over roast.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour barbecue sauce over roast. Cook on low.
    Every 2 or 3 hours pour off excess grease.
    Repeat until fat is cooked away.
    Total cooking time:
    8 to 12 hours.
