Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked mashed squash
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. crumbled cornbread
Preparation
    Mix cornbread and butter; reserve enough to make a layer on top of casserole.
    Mix all other ingredients together; pour into casserole dish, topping with cornbread layer.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 (covered).
